How fast can you respond to active water damage?
We schedule extraction visits during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Call us as soon as you notice water and we'll get you on the schedule as quickly as we can. We don't run a 24-hour emergency line, so the sooner you call within business hours, the sooner we can start.
What does water extraction actually cover?
Extraction covers removing standing water, mapping moisture that's hidden in walls and floors, setting up structural drying equipment, and running dehumidifiers until moisture levels return to normal. The goal is a property that's fully dry, not just water-free on the surface.
Will you provide documentation for my insurance claim?
Yes. We document the extent of water damage, the equipment and steps we use, and the drying progress, so you have records to support your insurance claim.
What happens if you find mold during the extraction?
